2. Description of Service

Mr. VIP provides a decentralized aggregator for entertainment assets, loyalty points, and VIP status across various third-party platforms. We act as an intermediary interface and do not directly hold custody of your external platform assets unless explicitly deposited into our smart contracts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activites, including money laundering.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mr. VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
